Advanced Automation, LLC is seeking a highly motivated assembly technician for assembling complex one off robotic machines and systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components from blueprints or verbal instructions.
- Work in a team setting with design engineers and manufacturing technicians
- Manage project based mechanical components and inventory
- Final inspection of complex mechanical assembly
- Help verify functionality and work with engineers to improve concepts
- Maintain overall project organization and cleanliness
Qualifications:
- No automation experience required
- Automotive, Woodworking, or Skilled Trade working experience is a plus.
- Very knowledgeable and experienced with hand and power tools
- Use of logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to problems.
- Ability to work both in a team environment and alone with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail.
- General knowledge of welding is a plus.
- General knowledge of machining is a plus
- General computer ability
Advanced Automation, LLC personnel have extensive experience in industrial controls, electrical and mechanical engineering, robotics, and CNC programming. We are a preferred supplier for ABB and Fanuc Robots. Our team of knowledgeable and talented engineers work closely with our customers to provide complete automation solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
