What We Do
Advanced Behavior Analysis provides intensive Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) treatment for children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. Services are provided in-home and in-clinic. Advanced Behavior Analysis strives to provide the highest level of care through bi-annual assessments, well-staffed and trained teams, weekly oversight by a BCBA, and collaboration with all invested parties.
What We Offer:
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Base pay is $70,000 - $75,000 to start with an additional $10,000 per year in bonuses, issued quarterly

Job Type: Full-Time
Hours of Operation: 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday

- South Weber County
- Davis County
Responsibilities:
- Maintain all licenses and certifications for a BCBA
- Complete all billable hours as assigned
- Maintain contracted minimum hours as outlined in the employment contract
- Teach, mentor, and cultivate the skills of technicians within your patient's treatment team to guarantee the successful execution of the treatment plan, offering ongoing learning opportunities for their professional development.
- Design, maintain, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Complete patient assessments as outlined, both initial assessments upon intake and reassessments at 6 months, to ensure continued patient progress
- Assess patient needs and create detailed objectives to ensure progress is measurable
- Ensure each patient makes the utmost progress by completing weekly or bi-weekly treatment updates to their programs
- Complete weekly Caregiver Training to ensure caregivers can implement designated goals with consistency and fidelity
- Collaborate with school personnel where applicable
- Collaborate with Leadership and the admin team
- Maintain electronic health records
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of BACB guidelines
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of industry standards, & regulations to remain in compliance
- Actively check and respond to work-related communications within 24 business hours
- Attend scheduled meetings & trainings as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher required
- Active BCBA certification required
- Have or obtain a license to practice from Utah DOPL
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Working knowledge of Central Reach and/or other electronic health records systems preferred
- Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
