Position Details
- Behavior Technician (BT): Starting at $15/hour
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Starting at $19/hour
- Hours: 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM
- Benefits: No benefits; optional holidays and school breaks following the Okaloosa County School District (OCSD) calendar.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- ABA Certification: Required (We will provide training and assistance for certification)
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred or currently pursuing a degree
- Competency Assessment: Must be able to complete
- Background Check: Must pass
- CPR/First Aid Training: Must pass
- Driver’s License and Transportation: Must possess
