Position Details

• Behavior Technician (BT): Starting at $15/hour
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Starting at $19/hour
• Hours: 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM
• Benefits: No benefits; optional holidays and school breaks following the Okaloosa County School District (OCSD) calendar.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• ABA Certification: Required (We will provide training and assistance for certification)
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred or currently pursuing a degree
• Competency Assessment: Must be able to complete
• Background Check: Must pass
• CPR/First Aid Training: Must pass
• Driver’s License and Transportation: Must possess
