Job Description:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and supervise ABA programs with close clinical oversight from our Clinical Supervisors and Clinical Director
- Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
- Provide ongoing supervision to Behavior Technicians
- Available to families and staff via phone and email
- Partner with the Clinical Director & Chief Clinical Officer to develop and implement Behavior Support Plans as needed
- Produce progress reports and treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of various funding sources
- Attend team meetings, training, and other meetings as requested.
- Motivated to lead by example

What you need to have:
- Master’s degree (or working towards) in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related program.
- Working towards BCBA Certification
- This position is either a part-time hourly or full-time position depending on team member availability
