What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician/RBT position at Advanced Behavioral Therapy - NJ?
In-Home RBT opportunity in the Pleasantville, NJ area!
Responsibilities :
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to create and maintain a positive therapeutic environment
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain confidentiality of client information
Qualifications :
Previous experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities is a plus)!
