Position Overview
The Columbus Regional Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple therapy centers in the Columbus area. This position ensures high-quality, consistent operational performance by coordinating administrative functions, driving process improvements, supervising center staff, and supporting clinical leadership. In partnership with the Director of Operations and Clinical Directors, the Operations Leader will support up to two sites—serving a combined capacity of approximately 60 clients—with potential for further expansion.

This position ensures high-quality, consistent operational performance by coordinating administrative functions, driving process improvements, supervising center staff, and supporting clinical leadership. In partnership with the Director of Operations and Clinical Directors, the Operations Leader will support up to two sites—serving a combined capacity of approximately 60 clients—with potential for further expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations across both Columbus centers, ensuring alignment of processes, policies, and standards.
- Oversee scheduling for staff (including RBTs, BCBA teams, and administrative personnel) to optimize staffing levels and coverage for each center.
- Partner with Clinical Directors to align operational processes with clinical service delivery.
- Coordinate resource and supply needs (i.e., technology, cleaning, maintenance) for each site, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships for facility upkeep, technology, and supply procurement, maintaining high standards of safety and compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
- Support intake and enrollment processes in collaboration with clinical teams, ensuring smooth onboarding for new families.
- Oversee operational aspects of parent communication: scheduling updates, attendance policies, facility tours, and day-to-day inquiries.
- Contribute to strategic planning for Columbus operations, including center expansions or new site openings.
- Collect and analyze operational data (KPIs, budget performance, scheduling metrics) to recommend and implement process enhancements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of operations management experience (preferably in healthcare, therapy, or related environments).
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop teams, preferably across multiple sites.
- Technical Competence: Proficiency in scheduling systems, data analysis, and operational technology tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a track record of implementing process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in ABA therapy, pediatric healthcare, or a similarly regulated healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant compliance standards.
- Project Management certification or Lean/Six Sigma background.
- Experience scaling operations in a fast-growing, multi-site environment.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
