Key Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments from established leads via text messaging through computer software and occasional outbound calls.
• Communicate with clients through messaging software to identify their needs and promote services.
• Present and explain the features and benefits of our services clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong data entry experience and proficient typing skills.
• Skilled in negotiation and persuasion.
