Job Overview 
As an EVS Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall maintenance of hospital premises. You will be responsible for ensuring a sanitary and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Your attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness will contribute to the overall quality of care provided at our hospital. Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the EVS Aide staff in a hospital setting. 
• Ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to high standards and in a timely manner.
• Training new EVS Aide staff members, including proper use of cleaning equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
• Performing regular inspections of assigned areas to maintain cleanliness, order, and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborating with management to develop and implement cleaning schedules and plans.
• Ordering and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Communicating effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
• Assisting with performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff.
• Maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
• Other tasks and projects requested by the client and/or Advanced Building Maintenance, Inc team. 

Qualifications

Qualifications 

• Experience in janitorial or custodial roles in a hospital setting preferred. 
• Knowledge of various cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals. 
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and guide a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. 
• Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to address and prevent potential hazards. 
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Clear Criminal Background Check (7 Years) 
• Physical/ Health Screen Pre-Placement 
• OSHA Respiratory Questionnaire and Respirator Fit Test Qualitive 
• Drug Screen (10 Panel) 
• Covid-19 Vaccines: 1st Dose/2nd Dose/ Booster, Influenza Immunization, TB Skin Test
• TDAP Vaccine, MMR Titers, Varicella Titers/ Antibody, Hepatitis B Titers/ Antibody
