Client Account Manager Job Description:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs, goals, and expectations to ensure the delivery of tailored services.
- Respond to potential new client inquiries.
Account Growth:
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional ABI services based on client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to explore new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure overall satisfaction.
Service Delivery Oversight:
- Partner with technical teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of ABI services.
- Monitor service performance and address any issues to maintain high client satisfaction.
Account Planning and Strategy:
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to develop account plans aligned with client business objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to align services with their evolving needs and industry trends.
Contract Management:
- Ensure contract compliance and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to manage contract renewals and negotiations.
Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Escalate issues internally as needed and provide solutions to prevent recurrence.
Client Training and Education:
- Provide clients with information on new technologies, services, and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions to help clients maximize the value of ABI s services.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of IT managed services, infrastructure, and technology trends.
- Familiarity with MSP tools such as ConnectWise, Automate, or similar platforms.
- Strengths in project and process management.
- Bachelor s degree in business, IT Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet client needs.
