National Account Director - Microsoft and AI
As a National Account Director, you will collaborate with the Sales Manager and Territory Executives to drive sales growth, acquire new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing ones. Your responsibilities will include bringing in a book of business and managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. This role requires you to leverage your relationships and current book of business, as leads will not be provided. We seek a highly driven and positive individual with excellent
communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities :
- Pipeline development – Goal 3X expected revenue with balanced number and size of accounts to ensure success
- Understand and become competent with ABM systems including CRM, quoting tools, Microsoft tools (optimization)
- Develop sales plan for 12 months including all GTM elements
- Build out goals that align with the overarching company goals with milestones
- Develop a prospecting map with specifics on how you will leverage each
- Join all meetings with team and be prepared to collaborate on GTM tactics, wins, losses, etc.
- Challenger sales methodology adoption and how to incorporate into your activities
- Gain confidence in communicating the ABM story and our value proposition regarding Microsoft and services
- Get familiar with your KPIs and develop plans to achieve
- Customer profiling
- Schedule meetings with prospects
- Mentorship to SDG and Territory AEs
- Attend Industry customer events to drive pipeline.
- All Opportunities must enter into CRM, fluid in forecasting
Requirements :
1. Proven work experience in similar sales role.
2. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and quotas.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively close deals.
5. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.
6. Ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
10. Certifications - MS 900 completed, SC 900, AZ 900 and one Technical Certification Completed within 12 months of being in role.
