The Role
This is a full-time on-site position for a Field Service Technician at Advanced Business Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing maintenance, repairs, and technical support for office equipment and systems.
Your primary duties will include traveling to client sites to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Key Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in repairing and maintaining office equipment
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of networking and IT systems
- Relevant certifications or training in office equipment repair
- HP & Xerox experience a plus
- IT, Network, and Connectivity knowledge a plus
