Job description
*Travel in company provided car to customer sites for equipment installation, upgrades, and servicing.
*Swiftly diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring optimal equipment functionality.
*Collaborate closely with customers, offering tailored technical solutions and recommendations.
*Provide comprehensive training on equipment operations and maintenance to empower customers.
* Conduct routine maintenance and testing to uphold equipment reliability
*Manage inventory and document technical issues for swift problem resolution and customer satisfaction
*Collaborative team player: excel in teamwork, prioritizing customer satisfaction
*Technical aptitude: preferably possess basic electro-mechanical and computer skills; some training provided
*Tech-Savvy: embrace cutting-edge technologies and enjoy hands-on tasks.
*Broad Experience: Previous knowledge in copier machines, printers/scanners, ATMS, PCs, appliances, HVAC systems, vending machines, and servo controllers is advantageous.
*Customer-Centric: demonstrated 1-2 years of direct customer service experience
*Must hold a valid US driver's license and excellent driving record
*Physical capability: ability to lift up to 50lbs. (dual lift up to 150lbs)
* Must be able to proficiently read, write and speak Eanglish
*Must Be able to retain training via, video and hands - on methods
Job Type: Full-time
