What Will You Be Doing As An Entry Level Customer Service Representative?
- Present our client's products and services directly to consumers in a confident, compelling manner to drive sales.
- Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process by actively listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Input customer information, order details, and sales contracts into our POS system.
- Stay updated on the latest promotions and deals to communicate them to customers during sales interactions effectively.
- Attend virtual and onsite training sessions alongside fellow Customer Service Representatives to hone in on customer service and sales techniques.

What Do You Need to Apply For The Entry Level Customer Service Representative Role?
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Experience in customer service, sales, client relations, or a related field is helpful, but not required as we do provide training for the position
- Strong public speaking skills and the ability to interact confidently with customers, clients, and teammates
- Solution-oriented mindset and resilience in overcoming challenges
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- The ability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
