We are seeking a full tim OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT to join our team who is a dynamic clinician and team player.
SIGN ON BONUS- $3000.00
Our facility offers a supportive family environment with a compassionate rehab team which is led by an experienced Director of Rehabilitation. The rehab department utilizes Net Health-Therapy and Point Click Care for billing and documentation to assist therapists with daily efficiency where quality care remains the primary focus of each therapist. The facility offers 6-day a week, in-house comprehensive rehabilitation program where the Occupational Therapy Assistant/Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant is an integral member of the interdisciplinary team. Our rehab positions are stable and secure at one location. Each rehab department offers a spacious gym.

JOB SUMMARY
• Conducts screenings of residents as scheduled for referral to Occupational Therapist
• Contributes objective data to Occupational Therapists as allowed by scope of practice
• Provide Occupational Therapy treatment to residents when indicated per the plan of care
• Actively engage and contribute to the success of the rehab department, IDT and facility success
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of Associate of Science in Occupational Therapy Assisting from an accredited program
• A current Florida Occupational Therapy Assisting License
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must be computer/tech savvy
