Hours/Shifts: We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities for all shifts.

Your Responsibilities:

Administer prescribed medications and treatments following state regulations and best practices.

Maintain accurate records on the Medication Administration Record (MAR).

Observe and document residents’ conditions, responses to medications, and any significant changes.

Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and service consistency.

Assist with resident meals, hydration, and personal hygiene needs.

Maintain a clean, organized work environment and restock medication inventories.

Support residents’ overall comfort and well-being, responding promptly to their needs and requests.

Participate in facility activities, meetings, and improvement initiatives as required.

What You Bring to the Team:

Valid state CMT license(s).

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

High integrity, a strong work ethic, and a professional demeanor.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration.

Minimum of one year of experience in long-term care (preferred).
