Key Responsibilities
- Nursing Care: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing wound care.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on proper care procedures, medication management, and disease prevention.
- Communication: Maintain excellent communication with staff, patients, and families through clear written and verbal skills.
Qualifications
- Credentials: Valid RN license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact (NCL), active CPR certification.
- Experience: Two or more years of experience preferred; new graduates accepted based on completion of preceptorship.
- Physical Requirements: Nurses must be physically fit and strong to perform their duties, which can include standing, sitting, reaching, bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds or more.
