Advanced Care Partners is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a caregiver for medically fragile patients. Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care to assigned patients, addressing their unique needs and requirements.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify changes in patients' conditions and implement necessary interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on effective care strategies and techniques.
- Maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues through clear communication and empathy.
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in Georgia or NLC.
- Active CPR certification.
- Minimum two years of experience; new graduates may be considered after completing preceptorship.
- PPD skin test.
- Meet physical demands: standing, sitting, reaching, bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 pounds or more.
