About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at Advanced Care Partners. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes or schools, with a focus on medically fragile children and adults.

Responsibilities
- Delivering Patient Care: Provide routine nursing care to assigned patients, including those with feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and central venous lines.
- Maintaining Patient Progress: Closely monitor patients' progress, identify any changes in their condition, and take appropriate action.
- Education and Training: Educate and train patients and their families on proper care procedures.
Requirements
- Credentials: Valid RN license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact (NCL), active CPR certification.
- Experience: Two or more years of experience preferred; new graduates accepted based on completion of preceptorship.
- Physical Requirements: Nurses must be physically fit and strong to perform their duties, which can include standing, sitting, reaching, bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds or more.
