Nurse Practitioner Position:
Advanced Care Partners is searching for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to work with pediatric and adult patients in their homes or schools. As a nurse practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive medical care, educating patients and their families, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced medical care to assigned patients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify changes in patients' conditions and develop targeted interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on effective care strategies and techniques.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in Georgia or NLC.
- Up-to-date CPR certification.
- Minimum two years of experience; new graduates may be considered after completing preceptorship.
- PPD skin test.
- Meet physical demands: standing, sitting, reaching, bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 pounds or more.
