Scheduler
Advanced Care Partners, one of Inc. 5000's fastest-growing companies, is seeking a compassionate and organized individual to join our team as Scheduler/Client Success Supervisor. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and support for our ACP families and caregivers. You will develop strong relationships with families, create effective care schedules, and maintain clear communication channels to guarantee a positive experience for everyone involved.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with ACP families and caregivers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Create and manage care schedules that balance caregiver engagement with optimal support for patient needs.
- Ensure all families and patients have accurate and complete schedules. Distribute monthly calendars on time and efficiently.
- Maintain daily/weekly communication with each family and their assigned nurses. Keep all parties informed about schedules and provide exceptional customer service regarding the scheduling system.
- Fulfill on-call responsibilities as outlined by company protocols.
- Communicate effectively with staff across departments through written reports, oral communication, and participation in meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Preferred experience in customer service.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex information to families.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to support families during a challenging time.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic computer applications is a plus.
