Assistant Director of Nursing / ADNS
Advanced Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, located in New Haven, CT is seeking a Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. Canidate must have prior experience in a supervisory position in CT. Must be self-driven and willing to do what it takes to make excellent care and customer service a priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all nursing operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Assist the Director of Nursing Services in day-to-day administrative functions.
- Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care.
- Assist with compliance and ensure effective communication with all levels of nursing staff.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of general nursing theory and practice
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in CT
- Prior similar experience in long-term care.
- Strong clinical knowledge and exceptional communication skills.
- Knowledge of MDS and care planning
- Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.
