We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN Supervisor to lead our skilled nursing facility, ensuring the highest quality care for our residents. If you're a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with leadership abilities, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact! We are currently seeking an every weekend, 7pm-7am supervisor.
Position: RN Supervisor
Location: Advanced Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation

Part-Time Position
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing department
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring excellent care delivery
- Collaborate with physicians, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and evaluations
- Handle administrative duties and documentation related to patient care
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in CT
- At least 2 years of nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of skilled nursing facility regulations and standards
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
