We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team and drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.
Job Description :
The Manufacturing Process Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and safety standards. This individual will collaborate closely with the production, design, and quality teams to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
Key Responsibilities :
Process Improvement : Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.
Troubleshooting : Investigate process inefficiencies, production delays, and quality concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
Data Analysis : Analyze production data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize production workflows.
Lean Manufacturing : Lead the application of Lean principles and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to reduce waste and enhance process efficiency.
Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with engineering, quality assurance, and operations teams to ensure smooth production processes and product specifications are met.
Training : Train and mentor manufacturing personnel on best practices, process updates, and equipment operation.
Documentation : Ensure all process changes and improvements are properly documented and aligned with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and / or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficient in using CAD software and process simulation tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
SolidWorks, CAD / CAM Circuit Design, Six Sigma, CFD, Mathematica, MathLab, Python, other programing languages a plus.

Must be a naturalized U.S. citizen or qualify as a U.S. person
Preferred Qualifications :

Familiarity with ERP / MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
