What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Advanced Chiropractic Clinic?
Our clinic has been a part of the Parker Community for 30 years. "Connecting the Community to Pain Solutions" is our vision.
We are a busy, thriving clinic that offers a supportive and encouraging work environment.
Currently, the front desk supports 12 providers of various disciplines that include chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, and physical therapy.
Any applicant must be a team player, possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, reliable, positive and ability to engage with patients and staff.
Hours may vary but will typically be 24 hours (part time). Flexibility to help cover for vacation/sick days is also necessary.
Monday: 9AM to 6PM
Tuesday: Typically Off
Wednesday: Typically Off
Thursday: 9AM to 6PM
Friday: 9AM to 4PM
Saturday: 2 Saturdays a month from 8:30AM to 3:30PM
Starting pay: $20 an hour.
Our ideal candidate has the following:
--Ability to provide passionate customer service
--Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
--Strong computer skills
--Attitude of a marketer and social media guru.
--Previous medical office experience a plus
Duties include:
--Scheduling patient appointments.
--Inbound/outbound calls.
--Rooming patients
--Collecting patient payments.
--Calling patients to schedule
--Intake of new patient information
