Position Overview:
We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk Receptionist who is friendly, organized, and highly attentive to patient needs. As the first person our patients interact with, you will play a key role in setting the tone for their experience at our office. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting patients with a smile, assisting with scheduling, answering phones, processing payments, and contributing to a positive and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warm Patient Welcome: Greet patients with a friendly, professional demeanor and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
- Patient Check-In & Check-Out: Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and accurate.
- Scheduling & Appointments: Manage patient appointments, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-ups. Coordinate with the chiropractic team to optimize patient flow.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries or directing them to the appropriate staff.
- Payment Collection: Process patient payments for services rendered, assist with insurance verifications, and provide receipts as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to office policies.
- Office Support: Assist with general office tasks, such as maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, restocking supplies, and managing incoming mail.
- Positive Patient Experience: Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient needs and concerns with empathy, and ensuring a seamless, positive experience throughout their visit.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare or chiropractic setting, is a plus.
- Personality: A vibrant and positive attitude is essential. You should enjoy interacting with people and creating a welcoming, friendly environment for both patients and staff.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle patient flow and office tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication, both in person and over the phone.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using office software (e.g., scheduling programs, Microsoft Office Suite) and learning new systems as needed.
- Team Player: Willingness to contribute to the overall team success and collaborate with colleagues to enhance patient’s experience.

Tuesday: 1:30pm-6:30pm
Wednesday: 7:30am-12:45pm
Thursday: 1:30pm-6:30pm
Friday: 7:30am-6:30pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
