- Schedule and confirm patient appointments while managing the office calendar.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism.
- Process payments, verify insurance information, and handle billing inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area.
- Assist with administrative tasks and patient records management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus.
