We are currently searching for a skilled professional to join a well-known client’s team as a Technical Writer in Orlando, Florida. The Technical Writer role involves creating, editing, and managing a variety of technical documents, including process documentation, manuals, reports, and brochures. Their work will have a direct impact on the organization and the larger clinical industry, making this an amazing career opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain technical documentation using existing templates.
- Collaborate with managers, stakeholders, and operational teams to extract and organize process-related information.
- Coordinate the display of graphics and document formatting for clarity and readability.
- Ensure documentation aligns with predefined guidelines and industry best practices.
- Manage the document approval process by gathering feedback and implementing revisions.
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and PowerPoint for document creation.
- Maintain organization of multiple documents across various platforms and systems.
- Upload final approved documents to designated repositories.
- Ensure follow-ups on pending approvals, updates, or clarifications.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2 years of related experience required.
EDUCATION
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree required.
