About the Role
We are currently seeking an Associate Scientist to join our team in Lake Bluff, IL. As an Associate Scientist, you will support reagent manufacturing, conduct laboratory experiments, and assist in process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory experiments following established protocols
- Support reagent manufacturing processes and contribute to product improvements
- Investigate internal nonconformances and customer complaints related to reagents
- Design experiments and testing schemes, analyze data, and interpret results
- Write protocols, reports, and technical documents
- Presents findings and updates to cross-functional teams
- Perform and document Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) activities
You must have 0-2 years of related experience and a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in science or a related discipline. You will work variable shifts, including 1st shift, 2nd shift, and occasional Saturdays.
