Line Operator E-Coat - 2nd Shift
If you are driven to succeed with a passion for the professional growth and development of others, our employee-focused company may have the right opportunity for you. ACI is looking for a Line Operator E-Coat on 2nd Shift at our Oshkosh, WI facility.
Responsibilities:

Ensures the E-Coat line continues to run at optimized production levels by overseeing the mechanical function of the machine

Prestart-up inspection and machine start-up at the beginning of each shift

Completes Tank Dumps and replenishments as needed

Maintains proper gapping of the carriers on the line

Completes hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly PMs

Assists or leads Maintenance repair projects and downtime events

Accurately documents all downtime events and orders are tracked and accounted for

Assists production with hanging or taking down parts as required

Shuts down the machine at the end of the shift and completes the necessary inspection

Cleans work area at the end of each shift

Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance is required
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
- Position requires basic math, mechanical, troubleshooting, reading, and writing skills
