What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lot Attendant position at Advanced Collateral Recovery?
Responsibilities:
- Manage the lot and ensure it is kept clean and organized
- Pick up all trash and maintain cleanliness
- Process repossessed vehicles by taking pictures and creating condition reports
- Verify all pictures and reports are completed in all necessary portals
- Remove personal property from vehicles and label it properly
- Maintain all personal property and dispose of it properly once expired
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently and in a team
- Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
