You will learn or enhance your multi-craft hands-on skills in the Life Safety Industry. We execute quality installations, maintenance and inspection with state-of-the-art products (Fire, Extinguishers, Sprinkler, Security, Access, Cameras, Nurse Call, and Area of Refuge) while maintaining laser-focused customer service.
Duties and responsibilities
Execute quality installation that meets, or exceeds, customer expectations and governing codes and standards.
Meet company quality standards
- Independent, self-starting, self-management and dependable
- Fire extinguisher testing and inspection
- Life safety systems (fire alarm, sprinklers, hoods, backflows)
- Customer service on and off site
- Sales (warm and cold calling)
- Learn all day-to-day functions of the office/warehouse
- Execute lean manufacturing practices with continuous focus on the mission statement.
- Other duties as assigned
Know Federal, State, and Local applicable code. Have or willing to obtain required State required licensing and certifications.
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- Utah State Fire Marshal extinguisher license (includes criminal history record)
- Driver license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to work hard with little or no supervision, dependable and punctal

Working conditions
This job requires working inside and outside in all types of weather. Work overtime, off-hours, holidays, and weekends as required to meet customer expectations. Customer demands can be fluid and require immediate response in emergency situations. 24 hours on-call is required on a rotating basis
Physical requirements
This job is physically demanding, and you may be required to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects on a regular basis, do repetitive tasks with few breaks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
