Position Title: Customer Solutions Representative I

Location: Ohio

Reports To: Customer Solutions Supervisor

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with questions and concerns

Communicate effectively with customers

Accurate order entry and processing

Experience & Education:

Customer service experience, preferably in automotive or manufacturing

Associate's degree preferred
