What You’ll Do:

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly. From operating forklifts to managing inventory, you’ll be part of a team that works together to get the job done with safety and accuracy. We trust our team members to be leaders—whether that means training new hires or ensuring that shipments are handled correctly. You’ll be responsible for:

Forklift Operation & Material Handling: Safely operate a forklift or other material handling equipment to move materials to their proper locations.

Inventory Control: Keep accurate records of material locations using scanners and inventory control tools.

Labeling & Packaging: Label and record weights as required by packaging methods. Ensure shipments are properly staged, loaded, unloaded, and labeled.

Shipping & Receiving: Compare identifying information, verify shipments, and communicate any discrepancies.

Quality Control: Ensure containers and packaging are in good condition, correcting any damaged packaging and reporting issues.

Organization: Assist in maintaining organization in the warehouse and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.

Teamwork: Train new associates, assist in physical inventory counts, and collaborate with your team to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Safety and Compliance:

We prioritize safety, and we expect our team members to do the same. You’ll be responsible for complying with all safety standards, quality management systems (ISO), and regulatory requirements like OSHA. You’ll report any hazards, incidents, or accidents to your supervisor and be aware of the environmental and legal impacts of your duties.

Physical Demands:

This position requires physical activity, and we want to make sure you’re prepared:

Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift materials (up to 60 lbs).

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that may be noisy or have airborne particles.

Strong attention to detail, as you’ll need to keep track of materials and ensure everything is in the right place.

Qualifications:
