Job Title: Construction Set Crew
Department: Field Operations
Reports to: Field Operations Manager
General Purpose
Individuals in this position are responsible for on-site layout and installation of Superior Walls basement systems. Individuals in this position will be required to report to the company's physical location, in Middleburg, PA, prior to departing for their on-site projects of the day. You must possess and retain a valid driver's license.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- To ensure proper installation of concrete walls per SWA specifications.
- To maintain adequate inventory of supplies in installation van
- Demonstrated Leadership Abilities
· Perform accurate site layout.
- Level stone.
- Compact stone.
- Apply caulk according to SWA guidelines.
- Install hardware.
- Install bracing; brace wall every time there is bracing on site.
- Ensure components are erected in proper order.
- Read prints and detail.
- Layout foundations based on builder corner pins.
- Install concrete walls square, level and plumb. Make sure all foundations are within tolerances outlined by SWA:
- Wall lengths within and or - ½”
- Wall level within and or - ¼” (in 24’ lengths)
- Walls plumb within and or - 1/8”
- Foundations square within and or – ½”
· Make sure all foundations have sill plate bolting holes within 12” from all corners and that they are straight for bolt installation. In the event any are found missing or not straight, it is the set crew’s responsibility to drill them correctly.
· Perform site clean- up; leave no trash on site.
- Accurately record time and fill out all paperwork, turning it in to the office daily.
- When necessary, transport panels to job site on straight truck.

Working Conditions
All duties are performed outdoors.
- Individuals are exposed to noise, moving machinery, dust, fumes and changing temperatures.
- Individuals are exposed to the weather elements.
- Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include, but, not limited to: safety glasses, hearing protection, work boots, hard hats, gloves and fall protection harnesses.
- Individuals must walk on uneven surfaces.
- Individuals are subject to working at elevated heights.
- Requires travel to and from job sites where long hours may be involved. Overnight stays are occasionally involved depending on the job location.
Physical Demands
· Individual must be able to manually lift and/or move up to 80 lbs.
· Requires full range of motion; bending downward and forward for extended periods of times.
· Requires full use of the lower extremities and the back muscles.
· Must be able to react quickly, responding with the hand, finger or foot.
· Must be able to coordinate two or more limbs (for example, two arms, two legs, or one leg and one arm).
· Requires manual dexterity to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp or manipulate objects.
· Requires spatial orientation to know your location in relation to the environment or to know where other objects are in relation to you.
· Requires a good sense of balance.
· Requires one to hear, see and speak.
· Exposure to conditions such as fumes, noxious odors, dust, and mists.
· Requires travel in an enclosed vehicle when going to jobsites.
