House Cleaner, Part-Time

We're looking for a thorough, detail-oriented individual with a great attitude who can adhere to specific routines and follow directions. Experience in residential house cleaning is not required but it is helpful.

Are you detail oriented? Can you work independently while in a team environment? Can you follow directions?

This is a hands-on position. For this position duties include performing basic housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms. Dishes and some laundry duties.

Construction cleaning, housekeeping, & Window Cleaning experience a plus and could lead to additional hours. Must, have the ability to follow established guidelines, use the tools and chemicals provided, as well as troubleshoot and problem solve with indirect supervision. Must demonstrate exceptional customer service attitude and sense of urgency in all projects.

Advanced Construction & Business Services, LLC is a fast-paced, small contracting company. We work on projects year-round and have taken on many jobs that no one else will tackle! We do small construction & remodel projects, wash windows & pressure wash, and clean & re-clean for newly constructed homes across Salem and the mid-Willamette Valley. Although we take our work seriously, we try to have a lot of fun while we are working!

What you'll do:

• Clean & disinfect restrooms - toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors and floors - take curtain to laundry and start load
• Re-clean/clean kitchen and load dishwasher
• Clean bedrooms by stripping beds and carrying laundry to laundry area.
• Vacuum, sweep & mop floors
• Wash doors, woodwork, etc.
• Use chemicals standard to the trade while standing, bending, crouching, and reaching.
• Take direction and accomplish duties outlined by your supervisor and ask questions when you do not understand the task
• Must be able to be a team player. Must be dependable to your team. You work as a team and progress as a team.
• Assist with all tasks; even it is below your skill level
• Have an opportunity to grow with ACBS in other areas and expand skills
• Follow detailed directions
• Other construction tasks, as qualified
• Other duties as assigned

Benefits:

• Flexible schedule! Work is part-time, 6-10 hours per week with ability to progress up to full time.
• Wage: $16.00 - $28.00 / hour, DOE
• Training Wage $16.00/ hour. Earn more based on your ability.

What you'll need:

• Be at least 18 years or older & have documents for employability
• Have reliable transportation to get to work
• Cellular phone with text enabled
• Have great balance and coordination - be physically able to complete all tasks
• Ability to follow intricate instructions, verbally
• Be able to reach, crouch, stand for long periods of time, work on your knees, stand on a step-ladder, etc.
• Willingness to work physically, all day, everyday providing quality work.
• Be willing to undergo and pass a pre-employment, random and other required drug screens (including marijuana) and a pre-employment background check for employability for our contracts.*
