What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator/Support - Commercial Construction position at Advanced Construction & Development?
Advanced Construction and Development (ACD) is a rapidly growing General Contracting company that does commercial development, specializing in community amenities, civil/sitework, and repair/maintenance. We provide high-quality services to developers, commercial contractors, and business owners.
ACD is seeking an immediate, experienced project coordinator to work directly with both the Project Manager and Superintendent of their assigned projects to deliver all administrative support required both internally and to the client.
- Issue subcontract agreements and purchase order as directed
- Request, submit and manage all project submittals
- Submit and manage all RFI's
- Work with various city, county and other entities to obtain permits, inspections, meters, etc.
- Assist in processing owner change orders and other correspondence
- Maintain organized and orderly project files
- Generate closeout documentation
- Other administrative duties as requested
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the construction industry
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Thrives under pressure and deadlines

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
