Job Title : H.R Administrative Assistant - (Bilingual : English / Spanish)
Purpose of the Position :
Assist in Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the company and other Administrative Duties as needed.
Essential job functions :
Assist with employment related inquiries from applicants, employees, and former employees.
Assist with pre-employment requests of background checks, physicals, and drug / alcohol testing.
Assist with onboarding of new employees and re-hires.
Assist with maintaining records, reports, logs and files.
Assist with incoming and outbound calls.
Assist with time records and attendance.
Other duties as needed by HR Manager.
Knowledge, skills and abilities :
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Minimum of 5 years of Administrative Assistance is required
HR experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Physical Demands :
Hours : 8 per day Week : 40 hrs Lunch : 1 hour
Sitting : 70% of time Standing / Walking : 30 % of time

Office and Plant environment
Physical tasks :
