Assist potential candidates in application and contract process
Process applicants through designated ATS and CRM system
Perform pre-screen interviews
Communicate and deal effectively with others
Influence the opinion or decision potential employees to work in correctional healthcare
Relate to individuals at all levels; management and non-management employees
Deal with people tactfully and respectfully both in the corporate office and remotely
Prioritize multiple tasks successfully and efficiently
Meet with managers to develop, review and discuss recruiting plans for their region or department
Provide information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants
Perform initial employment screenings for work history and salary requirements
Maintain record of recruiting activities and candidates for follow up
Develop and maintain relationships in communities where placement is necessary colleges, universities, hospitals
Exercise creative thinking skills in developing new strategies and processes to reach and appeal to targeted groups
Confidently practice cold calling efforts with assertiveness to open additional recruiting opportunities
Create and track metrics
Assists all field employees for critical needs such as scheduling interviews, contacting applicants and arranging meetings
Perform a variety of tasks unique to each specific customer account along with administrative tasks specific to the position
Monitor and assist in obtaining license verifications
Monitor and assist in obtaining employee references
Obtain and record jail clearances for candidates and ACH staff
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date position BUS plan and goals.
Any and all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in field applying for or the equivalent experience
2 years of related experience
Strong Microsoft Office, Internet, and email skills
Active CPR Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; hands-on training
Must be able to drive a motor vehicle
