ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Provide oversight to advance practice providers applicable to state licensing and supervision requirements

Must be readily available for communication with practitioner

Be available to Practitioner as necessary via phone/pager or in person when the Practitioner is seeing patients or involved in clinical activities to consult on patient care

Execute collaborative agreement with Practitioner and periodically renew as required by state law, company practice and/or Premise Procedure

Conduct quality reviews of patient charts regularly based on state regulations and/or Premise Procedure

May be required to conduct a site visit to meet with their respective Practitioner as required by state regulations and law

Duties are as required by each state that the physician enters into a collaborative agreement

Any and all other duties or services required by laws, rules or regulations relating to collaboration with the Practitioner as designated by your state.

Collaborative Physicians will not be required to complete ACH Trainings

Any and all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Must possess a current state license in the state in which services are to be provided (MD/DO)

Board Certified or Board Eligible

Current DEA registration
-
Experience in a primary care specialty, corrections, and/or managed health care delivery

Must be able to drive a motor vehicle
-
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; hands-on training
Salary : $2,400 - $4,800
