Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in fiscal management, healthcare management, and practice management. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable/payable - Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and policies - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of office supplies and equipment - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation - Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards - Handle human resources functions such as employee onboarding, payroll administration, and benefits management - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care - Utilize Eaglesoft or similar software for scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and generating reports Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred - Proven experience in office management within a healthcare or veterinary setting - Strong knowledge of fiscal management principles and practices - Proficiency in practice management software (Eaglesoft preferred) - Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team - Knowledge of managed care systems and insurance billing processes - Familiarity with human resources procedures and regulations - Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
