Led by a renowned facial plastic surgeon and a team of highly skilled Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), our practice is a leader in both surgical and nonsurgical facial rejuvenation in the Cincinnati area. We specialize in advanced treatments, including Botox, fillers, and facial plastic surgery procedures, delivering natural, refined results with expert precision.
As the Front Office Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our patient experience—ensuring every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and supported from their first call to their final send-off. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and enjoys interacting with a diverse range of patients seeking aesthetic enhancements.
What You’ll Do
- Be the First Impression: Greet every patient with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they walk in.
- Guide the Patient Journey: Assist patients with check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and any pre- or post-treatment needs.
- Communication Hub: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and guide patients on scheduling, treatments, and follow-ups with clarity and confidence.
- Efficient Scheduling & Coordination: Work closely with our providers to manage appointment flow, ensuring efficiency while maintaining an outstanding patient experience.
- Big Send-Offs & Lasting Impressions: Celebrate our patients’ transformations and milestones by offering an enthusiastic and positive checkout experience.
- Medical Record & Office Support: Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and other office software to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Collaborate with an Expert Team: Work alongside the best in the industry—supporting a team of providers who are passionate about patient care and delivering exceptional aesthetic results.

- Tech-Savvy & EMR Familiarity: Comfortable working with electronic medical records (EMR) and other office software. Experience in medical or aesthetics-based offices is a plus!

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
