Led by a renowned facial plastic surgeon and a team of highly trained, expert Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), our practice is a leader in both surgical and nonsurgical facial rejuvenation in the Cincinnati area. We specialize in advanced treatments, including Botox, fillers, and facial plastic surgery, helping patients achieve natural, refined results with expert precision.
As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in clinical support, patient care, and procedural assistance—helping our patients feel confident and informed throughout their treatment journey.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare & Assist in Procedures: Support providers during aesthetic and surgical treatments, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort.
- Patient Interaction & Support: Guide patients through their treatment process, from pre-procedure preparation to post-care instructions.
- Medical Documentation: Accurately update patient records in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system and ensure proper documentation of treatments and progress.
- Inventory & Equipment Management: Maintain supplies, sterilize instruments, and ensure treatment rooms are well-stocked and organized.
- Collaborate with Providers: Work closely with our surgeon, NPs, and PAs to provide seamless patient care.
- Educate & Inform Patients: Answer patient questions about procedures, aftercare, and treatment expectations with professionalism and confidence.
What We’re Looking For
- Medical Assisting Experience: Previous experience as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) in a medical, dermatology, or aesthetics setting is preferred.
- Clinical Skills: Comfort in assisting with injectables, laser treatments, or minor surgical procedures is a plus.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong attention to detail in patient care, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage with patients warmly and professionally while supporting the medical team.
- Tech-Savvy & EMR Proficiency: Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling software.
- Team-Oriented Mindset: You thrive in a collaborative setting and are eager to learn from top experts in the field.
