Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Perform a range of dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, and oral surgeries.
- Utilize medical imaging technologies to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
- Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft is preferred.
- Knowledge of four-handed dentistry techniques for efficient patient care.
- Familiarity with dental fabrication processes for prosthetics and restorations is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy as it relates to oral health.
- Experience with oral surgery procedures is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
