Provo Premier Dental Group is a small business in Provo, UT. We have two locations and are currently hiring at Advanced Dental Care.
We are looking for someone with exceptional people skills to help us take care of our patients. It is so important to us that our patients are treated with respect; they feel appreciated, and they know how hard we work to make every appointment successful. We are an organized office with systems in place to help day to day tasks run smoothly and efficiently. Daily tasks include: billing insurance and patients, entering EOB's, EOP's into Dentrix, monthly statements, fighting insurance on dental claims, billing insurance and understanding how to send claims in the proper format, verifying insurance and obtaining breakdowns, understanding how to apply insurance to patients treatment, creating treatment plans and financial arrangements. And all other tasks related to maintaining billing, aging reports under 60 days and so forth.

Currently this office is open Monday-Thursday, hours of operation are Monday 9-5pm, 8-5pm Tuesday, 9-5pm Wednesday and Thursday 8-5pm. These are the set hours, we can not accept part time coverage or anything less than this schedule at the current time. (Can be slightly flexible with start time and end time in terms of hours of the day for the right candidate).
The best candidate will be self motivated and able to complete tasks in a timely manner, but more importantly be thorough and detail oriented. This job requires you to be engaged and participating throughout the day with many moving parts and tasks to be completed.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk, check in
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide information and assistance to guests and visitors
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a DENTAL OFFICE is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
