Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice, providing support to both patients and staff. Duties
- Greet patients and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with health information management standards.
- Handle some dental billing questions and ledgers.
- Verify and enter dental insurance.
- Assist in maintaining a clean an organized office environment.
- Answer phones.
Requirements
- Previous dental experience preferred. Will train the right person.
- Familiar with dental procedures.
- Experience with Dentrix preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
