Requirements
Responsibilities Include:
- Ability to develop and maintain a 5-year operational financial forecast for each practice location.
- Build financial models to support business decisions, growth planning, and strategic initiatives.
- Create internal financial models to assess potential mergers and acquisitions.
- Facilitate the annual budgeting process for each of the four locations.
- Create monthly balance sheets for each location.
- Prepare consolidated monthly expense summaries and variance reports.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and scenario planning for strategic opportunities.
- Support due diligence efforts related to potential practice acquisitions.
- Participate in weekly operations calls with the CEO and Operations Manager.
- Provide concise updates and insights that guide executive decision-making.
- Recommend and implement improvements in financial tracking and reporting processes.
- Ensure consistency across financial documentation and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with payroll system and tax professionals (if applicable)
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)
- 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare, dental, or multi-location businesses
- Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting platforms a plus
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
