**Overview:**

Join our growing team as a Front Desk Manager in a dynamic clinic setting. We are seeking a dedicated individual with experience in dental and medical environments to oversee front desk operations and ensure exceptional patient service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction at all times.

- Schedule patient appointments efficiently, optimizing clinic workflow.

- Answer phones promptly and confirm appointments accurately.

- Greet and check in/out patients with professionalism and courtesy.

- Verify dental and medical benefits with insurance companies, ensuring accurate co-pay calculations.

- Collect payments from patients and process transactions securely.

- Assist in presenting and explaining treatment plans to patients effectively.

- Prioritize punctuality and demonstrate flexibility with scheduling.

**Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in dental terminology and medical scheduling.

- Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, or similar software.

- Familiarity with medical records management and phone systems.

- Previous work as a medical receptionist or in a clinic setting is preferred.

- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
