We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Front Desk/Dental Assistant to join our team and help provide an exceptional patient experience. If you're looking for variety, this is the role for you—no two days are ever the same in our office!
As a key member of the administrative team, you’ll work closely with the clinical team and office manager to ensure smooth operations and a premium patient experience. The ideal candidate will be personable, organized, and have a friendly, outgoing demeanor.

Salary: $20-$25 DOE
Responsibilities
The Front Desk/Dental Assistant is a dual role that supports both the dentist and the team in delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down treatment rooms, take and develop x-rays, take impressions, and provide post-op instructions
- Assist during treatment procedures and ensure smooth patient flow
- Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
- Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies to maintain good health
- Support patient charting for doctors and perform various office tasks as needed
- Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal patient satisfaction
- Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements
Qualifications
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Experience with Dentrix, managing dental office finances, and multitasking effectively
