We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Front Desk Assistant to join our team and help provide an exceptional patient experience.

As a key member of the administrative team, you’ll work closely with the clinical team and office manager to ensure smooth operations and a premium patient experience. The ideal candidate will be personable, organized, and have a friendly, outgoing demeanor.

Responsibilities :

The Front Desk Assistant is a role that supports both the dentist and the team in delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to state regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

We care about our team members and understand the hard work that goes into providing a premium patient experience. You will be provided the necessary training and ongoing support to be successful in your role. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the practice with a smile

Create and maintain a productive and efficient schedule

Check in and check out patients according to the practice protocols

Enter and update patient information as necessary

Appointment confirmation

Support patient charting for doctors and perform various office tasks as needed

Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal patient satisfaction

Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements

Other administrative tasks as delegated

Qualifications :

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients of all ages and backgrounds

Experience with Dentrix, managing dental office finances, and multitasking effectively
