Responsibilities
The Treatment Plan Coordinator will be the leader in handling patient consultations while supporting the dentist, and team, in providing quality patient care within the scope of state regulations.
The Treatment Plan Coordinator will outline dental and payment options to patients, interact regularly with the dentist, assist with a variety of front and/or back office duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience with Dentrix
- Familiarity with third-party financing
- Knowledge of dental implants
To apply for this position, you will be comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing financial information with patients, have the ability to understand a diagnosis given by the dentist, have excellent communication skills, and understand basic and advanced dental terminology. You must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced office while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
